Supports ABA (autism care) providers through revenue cycle optimization, implementation projects, and day-to-day operational management, working closely with the Billing Solutions Director and account managers. Reviews client billing processes to identify improvements, supports new client onboarding and RCM implementation, assists with software configuration and workflow design, and provides consultative guidance on billing best practices. Tracks revenue cycle metrics, coordinates claim/denial/payment follow-up, creates training materials and SOPs, and conducts client training sessions.
Requires at least 1 year of ABA therapy billing and RCM operations experience, plus experience with ABA billing software, strong analytical/organizational skills, and familiarity with payer processes, claims management, and denial workflows.
