Manages billing and revenue cycle operations for an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy provider serving children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Leads and supervises the billing team, oversees the full revenue cycle (claim submission, payment posting, denial management, collections), monitors billing metrics and reports to leadership, and ensures compliance with payer, Medicaid/Medicare, and state/federal requirements.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of medical billing/revenue cycle experience including 2+ years in a leadership role. ABA billing experience specifically required, along with proficiency in CentralReach or similar healthcare billing platforms.
